Stephany Bolivar CrossFit Coach Stephany started CrossFit in April 2013, after coming to NYC for a summer internship and gaining almost 20 lbs. Moving back to Georgia for her final year in college, she realized just how unhealthy her lifestyle had become from being an athlete from the moment she could dribble a basketball all the way through her sophomore year in college playing soccer. A friend mentioned CrossFit and Steph never looked back. Stephany received her Level 1 in January 2014 and started coaching under Shana Alverson at CrossFit East Decatur in Atlanta, GA. Stephany wants to be competitive in the sport of CrossFit but her biggest accomplishment are not her personal goals but those of the athletes she coaches. Seeing an athlete understand a movement, or go for that next weight or just seeing them gain confidence in themselves is better than anything else. Aside from her Level 1, Stephany also has her pre/post natal certification.
