  Robert Ramsey    HAIL-CYCLE Coach   Robert Ramsey has been a elite trainer and high performance coach for nearly a fifteen years. He has worked and taught at facilities such as New York Sports Clubs, David Barton Gym, Crunch and the UFC NYC Gym, TS Fitness, and ICE NYC. Robert is a 3rd degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do and still actively trains in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu & mixed martial arts. Mr. Ramsey has been featured in New York magazine and the blog "Fit Chick in the City" as one of the best class instructors in NYC. He brings a tremendous amount of experience and expertise to the fitness profession.

  Yusuf Jeffers    HAIL-CYCLE Coach   After a long career as a research scientist, Yusuf followed his passion for athlete-based training to become a personal trainer and instructor. A native New Yorker and former collegiate-level Track and Basketball athlete, Yusuf still loves to compete in road races, play football recreationally, and have fun with a basketball. A NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Performance Enhancement Specialist, and Corrective Exercise Specialist, Yusuf has been the 5-year Head Coach of an HS Track & Field team that has produced national elite level runners. He believes in the transformative and psychologically-liberating power of physical fitness. You can always expect quality training session that build you up in a high energy and fun atmosphere.

  Katherine Gundling   “KG”   HAIL-CYCLE Coach   Dancing and performing since the age of 5, KG has always been passionate about movement, technique and training.
